if dignified delight is to be found in being Wisdom’s friend, if unending wealth comes through the works of her hands, if practical intelligence comes through being well acquainted with her, if fame comes through conversing with her, then I will definitely make her mine.
And that there is great delight in her friendship, and inexhaustible riches in the works of her hands, and in the exercise of conference with her, wisdom, and glory in the communication of her words: I went about seeking, that I might take her to myself.
to love her is to be perfectly happy, to do her work is to be rich beyond measure, to share her company is to have sound judgment, to converse with her is to be honored. Then I was determined to take Wisdom as my bride.
great delight in love of her, and unfailing riches in the works of her hands; And that in associating with her there is prudence, and fair renown in sharing her discourses, I went about seeking to take her for my own.
and pure delight in friendship with her, inexhaustible wealth in the works of her hands and understanding in frequenting her company as well as great renown in conversing with her, I began to search in all directions, seeking to win her for myself.
and in friendship with her, pure delight, and in the labours of her hands, unfailing wealth, and in the experience of her company, understanding, and renown in sharing her words, I went about seeking how to get her for myself.

and good delighting is in the friendship thereof; and honesty (or honour) without default is in the works of (the) hands thereof; and wisdom is in the strife of (the) speech thereof; and great clearness is in the communing of (the) words thereof; I went about, seeking to take wisdom to me. [and in the friendship of it good delighting; and in the works of the hands of it honesty without failing, and in the strife of the speech of it wisdom; and great opening in communication of the words of it; I went about, seeking that to me it I should take.]
